Shipping Information

At Sassy Lashes, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. We currently offer nationwide delivery across South Africa using our trusted courier partner Bob Go, as well as a local pickup option.

Delivery Options:

Standard Courier Delivery:
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days in major centres, and 2 to 5 working days for outlying areas.

Local Pickup (Vereeniging, GP):
Customers are welcome to select the Local Pickup option at checkout. Collections can be made during business hours once we notify you via email or WhatsApp that your order is ready.

Courier Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or size of your order.

Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via Bob Go’s tracking platform.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene reasons, used lash products and adhesives are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at sales@sassylashes.org.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.

Return Courier Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Important Notes

Custom-made or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to reflect.
