We currently offer nationwide delivery across South Africa using our trusted courier partner Bob Go, as well as a local pickup option.<\/p>\n<h3>Delivery Options:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Standard Courier Delivery:<\/strong><br \/>Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days in major centres, and 2 to 5 working days for outlying areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Local Pickup (Vereeniging, GP):<\/strong><br \/>Customers are welcome to select the Local Pickup option at checkout. Collections can be made during business hours once we notify you via email or WhatsApp that your order is ready.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Courier Fees:<\/strong><br \/>Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or size of your order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Order Processing Times:<\/strong><br \/>Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tracking Your Order<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via Bob Go\u2019s tracking platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns &amp; Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.<br \/>Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.<br \/>Due to hygiene reasons, used lash products and adhesives are non-returnable unless faulty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Request a Return:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
